1. Fill out all details of the sheet above - we will contact you by email to confirm if your booking is possible at the time you wish to book.
2. 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged US$50 administrative fee.
3. As we receive the advance payment we will confirm your booking by sending you a voucher.
Payment possibilities are: Credit Card, PayPal, Cheque or Cash.
