These are our policies for your hotel reservation and travel package booking:

1. Our service is for free. There are no additional or hidden costs for our clients when booking any offer available on Maya Travel Hotel Reservation.

2. If your hotel room or your travel package is available at your desired time we or the owner of your designated hotel will charge you in advance a reservation fee which will be deducted from your total bill amount. You can pay the advance payment by any form you wish. Possibilities are: Wire Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, Cheque or Cash.

3. The advance payment is necessary to reserve the booking for you. It is not refundable in any matter!

4. As soon as we receive the reservation payment we will confirm your booking by sending you a voucher by email. You will have to pay the rest of the total booking amount directly at your destination.
