These are our policies for your hotel reservation and travel package booking:
1. Our service is for free. There are no additional or hidden costs for our clients when booking any offer available on Maya Travel Hotel Reservation.
2. 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
Payment Possibilities are: Wire Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, Cheque or Cash.
