2. Price Excludes: Tourism tax of 10% & VAT of 12%, Extra charges such as telephone, laundry, restaurant, and bar must be paid at checkout!

Check In time: 3 pm (15:00 hrs) - Check Out: 12:00 pm (12:00 hrs), Up to 2 children under 9 free with parents, Mandatory dinner at the hotel on Dec 24 ($60/pers. + 22% tax and service) and Dec 31 ($75/pers. + 22%); children under 7 pay 50%

3. Reservation Terms: 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
